Under the EU F-Gas Regulation, equipment pre-charged with HFCs may only be placed on the EU market by companies registered in the F-Gas Portal and holding quota authorisation. It is not a formality — it is a condition of entry.
Shipments arrive without quota cover and sit at customs. Declarations do not match the refrigerant charge. The verification document required for pre-charged equipment is missing. Each of these stops a container.
We hold the registration and handle the import and compliance side, so the equipment reaches its destination with the paperwork in order — anywhere in the European Union.
