Roadmap

We work from the information you provide and interviews with your team; no access to your production systems is required. No changes are made to your systems.

Will you then sell us the implementation?

The audit is a separate product with a fixed price, and it stands on its own. The roadmap is yours: you can deliver it with us, on your own, or with another contractor. We are accountable for the quality of the conclusions, not for the volume of follow-on purchases.

What exactly do we get?

A report with an inventory, a prioritised risk map, a compliance analysis where scoped, an ROI/TCO financial model and a roadmap. We present and defend the results to your management.

We already had a vendor audit. Why another?

A vendor audit usually ends with a recommendation to buy that vendor’s products. We compare different vendors’ scenarios in money, and show the calculation honestly, including the “change nothing” option.

Will it disturb our IT team?

Minimally: no access to your systems is required, interviews are scheduled around the team, and no changes are made.

How do you handle our data during the audit?

The audit works from the documentation and exports you provide and from interviews with your team; we do not need access to your production systems, and we take no copies of production data. NDA before technical detail, a data processing agreement on request, subprocessors named in the contract. Who is the contract with, and who is responsible for the result?

The contract is with Eurokommerz (Austria). The audit is delivered by the team of our partner Vixen.UNO. A dedicated Eurokommerz project lead stays your single point of contact.
