For all disputes arising from business relationships with entrepreneurs (Unternehmer within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act, KSchG), the court with subject-matter jurisdiction for commercial matters at the registered office of the company in Vienna is agreed as the place of jurisdiction. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction for consumers remain unaffected.

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board and do not participate on a voluntary basis. If you have any concerns, please contact us directly.
