Architecture selection

IaaS, private cloud or hybrid with your own site: we calculate the options for your workloads and budget, with no excess.

IaaS: guaranteed resources

Compute resources on the VMware vSphere platform: CPU and RAM are guaranteed, not shared with other clients. Self-service portal, snapshots, Veeam backup.

Private cloud

A dedicated environment for your requirements, on VMware, Hyper-V or KVM. Configuration, security policies and access are yours.

Migration with minimum downtime

We move systems step by step, in agreed maintenance windows, with a rollback plan. The business runs throughout the migration.

Support and growth

Certified VMware specialists, round-the-clock site monitoring, support under an SLA. When needed, a DR site in a second data centre.

Enterprise-grade infrastructure

Enterprise-grade servers, NVMe all-flash storage and redundant networking of the current generation. Tier-3 data centres (Facility & Design), ISO 27001 and PCI DSS, 2N power redundancy and diesel generators.

The key questions, answered

How is this different from AWS or Azure?

Different jobs. Hyperscalers are about hundreds of managed services; our platform is about guaranteed resources, a predictable invoice in euros and data in the EU under a European contract. For classic workloads (virtual machines, databases, ERP), that is usually what you need.

Where is the data physically located?

In Baltneta’s Tier-3 data centres in Lithuania (EU): ISO 27001, PCI DSS, Tier-3 Facility & Design, 2N power redundancy, round-the-clock monitoring. Data and backups stay in the EU.

Who operates the platform, and who has administrative access?

The platform is operated by Baltneta, a European operator (Lithuania, EU). Vixen.UNO engineers handle migration and support; the scope of their access is defined by the contract and can be limited by agreement. Everything is governed by European law.

Is the invoice really predictable?

Yes. A configuration with guaranteed resources has a fixed monthly cost in euros; the invoice changes only when you change the configuration yourself. We provide test access to the platform before migration.

Can we move gradually?

Yes, hybrid is a standard scenario: some systems stay with you, some move to the cloud, with replication between the sites. The pace is yours.

How do you handle our data during the project?

Engineers work in your environment under your access controls; we do not take copies of production data out of it. NDA before technical detail, a data processing agreement on request, subprocessors named in the contract. Who is the contract with, and who is responsible for the result?

The contract is with Eurokommerz (Austria). The platform is operated by Baltneta, migration engineering by Vixen.UNO. A dedicated Eurokommerz project lead stays your single point of contact.
