How we handle your data, and who to send the forms to
We answer the two questions that come after the technical ones: what happens to your data during a project, and what procurement needs to onboard us. Both answered here, so nobody has to ask.
Honest scope, because most of the worry is about the unknown parts.
For a hardware supply, almost nothing: a specification, a delivery address and an invoicing contact. For an engineering project, our partner’s engineers work in your environment under your access controls — we do not take copies of production data out of it.
A named project lead at Eurokommerz and the specific engineers assigned to your project at Vixen.UNO. Access is granted by you, scoped to what the work needs, and ends with the engagement — we confirm completion so you can revoke it.
Contract, invoicing and correspondence sit with Eurokommerz in Vienna. Hosted solutions run in the Tier-3 data centres of Baltneta in Lithuania, the data-centre partner of Vixen.UNO — EU territory, EU law. Engineering work happens through your systems, not ours.
Engineering is delivered by Vixen.UNO; hosting, where part of the solution, by Baltneta. Both are named in the contract rather than buried in an annex. If a project needs anyone else, you hear about it before it happens — not afterwards.
Before the technical conversation, not after it. Ours or yours — we read yours rather than insisting on our template.
Where we or our partners process personal data on your behalf, with subprocessors listed. Provided on request at proposal stage.
For repeat supply, so each order is a call-off rather than a new negotiation.
We fill in your form. If your procurement runs a supplier portal, send the invitation — we will complete the registration.
So you can complete the form without a round of emails.

Hosted solutions run in the Tier-3 data centres of Baltneta, the data-centre partner of Vixen.UNO, certified to ISO 27001 and PCI DSS Level 1 — the certificates sit exactly where your data lives. Eurokommerz itself is the contracting and supply entity; that role does not require an ISO certificate, and we do not borrow our partner’s. If your supplier form asks about certifications, send it over — we will state precisely which entity holds which.
