How do the two companies work together on a project?
You sign one European contract with Eurokommerz: it holds the contract, supplies the hardware and handles EU invoicing, delivery and warranty. The Vixen.UNO engineering team designs, implements and supports the solution. One project lead coordinates both sides for you.
Where is our data hosted?
Where you choose: on your own infrastructure, or in Tier-3 EU data centres in Lithuania operated by Vixen.UNO’s data-centre partner Baltneta, ISO 27001, PCI DSS Level 1, with EU data residency for data and backups.
Which vendors and technologies does the team work with?
VMware / Broadcom, Nutanix, NVIDIA, Veeam, Azure / GCP, Kubernetes, plus security tooling, matched to what your environment already runs.
How does a project start?
With a free expert call: we work through your task and leave you with 2–3 scenarios. If you continue, a paid technical assessment fixes the scope and price, then implementation begins.
