Authorised VMware courses

Official vSphere, vSAN, NSX programmes from an authorised VMware trainer, on current product versions. Instructors with hands-on VMware, Veeam and Cisco experience.

Hands-on training for your tasks

Tailored programmes from your real tasks: virtualisation, backup, cybersecurity, cloud. Online, on your site, or blended.

Labs on real hardware

Lab environments in the Vixen.UNO training centre’s own data centre: each participant works with a live environment: deploys, breaks, restores.

Certification preparation

Exam-focused review, mock exams and a study plan for the official vendor certifications: VCP, VCAP and others. The exam itself is taken by your engineer in the vendor’s examination system; we get the team ready for it.

Training within projects

After an implementation (VMware, security, cloud) we train your team to work with the new infrastructure. Knowledge is handed over together with the system.

FAQ

The key questions, answered

Are the courses authorised? Are the certificates official?

The VMware courses are run by an authorised trainer on official programmes, and participants receive official course completion certificates. The certification exam itself (VCP, VCAP) is the vendor’s: your engineers sit it in the vendor’s examination system, and the result goes directly to them.

What format: online or in person?

Online, on your site, or blended. Lab environments are available remotely in any format.

The team is experienced but has no certificates. Where do we start?

With a short level assessment. Often an experienced team needs not a full course but targeted preparation for a specific exam; that is faster and cheaper.

Can training be tailored to our specific project?

Yes, that is the most effective format: we build the programme from your real tasks, and after implementations we train the team on your new infrastructure.

How are the exams taken?

By your engineers, in the vendor’s official examination system: online with proctoring or at a test centre, registered from your own vendor account. We prepare the team for the exam and advise on the process.

How do you handle our data during the project?

Engineers work in your environment under your access controls; we do not take copies of production data out of it. NDA before technical detail, a data processing agreement on request, subprocessors named in the contract. Who is the contract with?

The contract is with Eurokommerz (Austria). Training is delivered by the Vixen.UNO team’s training centre. A dedicated Eurokommerz project lead stays your single point of contact.
